Become a Certified Career Dharma Coach
November 20–23 (Thursday – Sunday)

Are you inspired to help others discover their strengths, balance their careers and spiritual lives, and live their dharma joyfully?
This certification course trains participants to guide others using the Career Dharma framework — helping them identify their prosperity type, ideal field, and the spiritual principles that bring meaning to work.
You’ll learn how to assist others in applying devotional principles to career and livelihood, so that work itself becomes a source of spiritual enthusiasm and deeper connection with Krishna.
Pre-Qualifications
Participants must meet one or more of the following criteria:
1. Read at least Parts 1 and 2 (Chapters 1–29) of Career Dharma
2. Completed the full Career Dharma course (November 14–16 in New Vrindaban)
3. Completed the Career Dharma online course (at careerdharma.net or Bhaktivedanta College)
Certification Requirements
Certification is based on demonstrated proficiency and participation in the full 18-hour training. Participants will be expected to:
• Explain the six prosperity types and four fields from memory
• Articulate the nine principles of Career Dharma
• Demonstrate practical coaching skills with at least three participants
• Assist one participant in creating a dharmic career plan

About Urmila Devi Dasi (Dr. Edith Best)
A disciple of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda, Urmila Devi Dasi has dedicated over fifty years to devotional service. She is an internationally respected educator and author of Career Dharma: The Natural Art of Work, Essence Seekers, and many educational materials for children and adults.
She has taught at Bhaktivedanta College, served as chair of ISKCON’s Ministry of Education, and continues to inspire devotees globally through her seminars on dharma, education, and spiritual life.
