Discover Your Career Dharma

November 14–16 (Friday 6 PM – Sunday 4 PM)
Introductory Workshop

Devotees are invited to participate in a rare and transformative opportunity this fall: the Career Dharma Workshop led by Urmila Devi Dasi (Dr. Edith Best) — senior disciple of Śrīla Prabhupāda, respected educator, and author of Career Dharma: The Natural Art of Work.

What Is Career Dharma?

Career Dharma means aligning your inner nature (dharma) with your outer service (kriyā) — finding the work and service that best reflect your natural temperament, talents, and devotional strengths.

This course explores how to spiritualize and connect your work with Krishna, whether you are managing a business, working in a professional career, or serving full-time within a temple. It helps devotees see their daily work as a conscious offering — transforming jobs into joyful service.

Urmila Devi Dasi’s teachings introduce the Nine Principles of Dharma and the Four Fields, which help participants:
• Identify their natural field of contribution
• Avoid burnout and frustration from misaligned service
• Experience balance between spiritual and professional life
