Recently, Urmila visited us in Wellington, New Zealand, to deliver the Career Dharma coaching course. I felt I gained a lot from it. I am impressed by the structure of the system she has developed. It’s incredibly robust, very well researched, and presented in a thoughtful and modern context while still remaining faithful to the essence of the Bhagavad-gītā as it is.

One of the things that helped me the most was how the course moved me away from the stereotypes I had developed about the different natures. Learning from the Gītā, I had certain fixed ideas, but Urmila explained everything in such a clear, contemporary, and relatable way that it really opened my understanding.

The way Urmila answered everyone’s questions was precise, compassionate, and clearly backed by deep study and experience. You can see how thoroughly the system has been developed and how much care has gone into it.

I genuinely feel the Career Dharma framework is extremely valuable not just for bhakti practitioners, but also for people in general. It’s a powerful tool for personal growth and a wonderful avenue for outreach as well.

I was also very touched by Urmila’s personalism. She puts her whole heart into this service. It’s something she truly lives and that authenticity comes through so strongly. I am very grateful for the opportunity to learn from her.
